Helpful
This is a nice little introduction into Ayurveda. It gives basic information, lots of helpful tips on nutrition, meditation, and yoga. It does not go into any depth on any topic but is a great starting point for anyone interested in Ayurveda. For someone who already has some knowledge of Ayurveda and is looking for more information about it, this book is not for you.

Amazing
I really love this book. I bought it as I wanted to know more about Ayurveda but didn’t really know where to start.I do have other books on the subject but I really find that this is brilliant – so clear and concise – and the pictures are a lovely touch too.I always go to this book now if I want a quick refresher.It’s well written as well.I love it!

Wonderful introduction to Ayurveda
This is a lovely accessible book for anyone interested in an introduction to Ayurveda. Beautifully written, lovely to hold and attractively illustrated, I would highly recommend this book to anyone who is interested in natural ways to balance mind body and spirit. Just what is needed in this stressful time during a pandemic.
